Instrument Fitters

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Instrument Fitters for immediate hire in Austin, TX

PAY: $35-$37 Per Hour (Based On Experience)

HOURS: 50+ HRS/Week

START DATE: ASAP

DURATION: 1+ Years

Job Details for Instrument Fitters:

• Must have minimum 3 years' experience as an Instrument Fitter
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Experience with valves, hydraulics, and high-pressure systems.
• Install, adjust, and repair instrumentation systems, including sensors and transducers.
• Fabricate and assemble components using hand and power tools.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Perform maintenance on launch systems, facilities, and related equipment.
• Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site
• Must be able to pass background check & drug test
