Description We are currently hiring an Industrial Electrical Journeyman for site work in southern Arizona and New Mexico. If you're looking to join a team that values your skills and provides daily per diem for on-the-road work, Phasor USA is the place for you!

Position: Commercial/Industrial Electrical Journeyman

Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, equipment, and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform diagnostics to ensure proper operation.
• Works directly with apprentices, and when appropriate, directly engages and mentors them.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Work efficiently in various commercial/industrial environments, including manufacturing plants, warehouses, electrical substations and processing facilities.
• 8 hour shift in-town (40 hours a week)
• 10-12 hour shift (out of town)
• Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)

Requirements

The candidate must possess and be adaptable to the following physical abilities and working conditions:
• Move about the jobsite as needed.
• Move work related equipment up to 50lbs.
• Operate various technological devices, including but not limited to a computer.
• Occasionally ascend/descend ladders and/or stairs.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Current journeyman license or certification in Idaho and/or New Mexico.
• Proven experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical installations and repairs.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Electrical License (Preferred)
