Pay

  • $35.00 hourly Dependant on experience
  • Sign-On Bonus of $1000.00 for licensed journeymen

Our Hiring Process

  3. If we are a good fit for each other, they will schedule an in-person orientation with an organizer.


To Qualify
  • Must hold an active TDLR journeyman license, or present documented proof of 12,000 hours worked in the industry. Hours must be submitted to and accepted by TDLR.
  • Must hold an OSHA 10 or 30 certification
  • Must have proper I9 documentation such as a valid driver's license, social security card, birth certificate, etc.
  • Must pass a drug screen
Responsibilities

  • Deployment of Distribution Networks: Skillful configuration to ensure efficient transmission of power, contributing to the overall system reliability
  • Execution of Rough-In Work: Meticulous foundational work to set the stage for a robust electrical system
  • Handling Trim-Out Procedures: Detail-oriented completion for both aesthetics and functionality, reflecting a commitment to quality workmanship
  • Working with and training apprentices/helpers
  • Experience in commercial work is a plus
