Description Overview: As a Foreman Pipefitter, you will play a crucial role in supervising, coordinating, inspecting, and performing the assembly, installation, and repair of piping components, subsystems, and systems for commercial construction projects. This role is vital in ensuring that all work meets the highest quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the assembly, installation, and repair of piping components and systems in commercial buildings.
  • Oversee the assembly and installation of piping systems in commercial projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and plumbing codes.
  • Assist in the planning and coordinating job tasks, including material take-offs, layout creation, and construction schedules.
  • Conduct inspections of ongoing and completed work, ensuring it meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and follows safety regulations.
  • Enforce safety protocols on job sites, identify hazards, perform safety checks, and address concerns to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in job planning, manage construction schedules, and allocate resources based on project needs.
  • Ensure that projects run smoothly by identifying potential delays or conflicts, suggesting solutions, and working proactively to resolve any issues.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2+ years as a Pipefitter Foreman or similar role
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • OSHA certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of pipefitting systems, codes, and installation practices
  • Texas Plumbing Journeyman License
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to a safe work environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues on-site
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
