Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Module Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of solar modules for utility-scale projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of large-scale solar installations that significantly impact the renewable energy landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Module Installation: Execute the installation and integration of solar modules on utility-scale solar projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections to guarantee the proper functioning of solar modules, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including detailed documentation of equipment used, installation procedures, and any modifications made.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to create a secure work environment for yourself and your team members.

Qualifications:

• Ohio Residency required to meet domicile requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in utility-scale solar module installation.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and to lift heavy equipment and materials as needed.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and address issues efficiently.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check.
