Production/Assembly/General Laborer

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including production assembly, operating forklifts, and general warehouse duties. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Load and unload shipments and organize products in the warehouse.
• Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Support additional warehouse tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse, production, or assembly roles is a plus.
• Valid forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain one).
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to [weight]) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime as needed.
