NOW HIRING HVAC Foreman & Sheet Metal Mechanics near Mayfield, KY

CCS Construction Staffing is looking for 2 experienced HVAC Foremen (SM4) and 4 Sheet Metal Mechanics (SM2/3) to lead and install ductwork on commercial job sites.

This job requires strong duct hanging skills and the ability to work as a team. Lodging is already covered in apartments, and work trucks are provided to get you to and from the job site—just 20 minutes away from Mayfield, KY. Per diem may be offered for qualifying applicants.

Positions Available:

  • 2 HVAC Foremen (SM4) – must be able to lead a small crew and work independently

  • 4 HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics (SM2/SM3) – must have solid duct installation experience

Requirements:

  • Reliable duct hanging experience

  • Must have your own tools and PPE

  • Must be dependable and team-oriented

  • Valid driver’s license preferred for driving work trucks
