Starting Pay: $23.90-$31.35 | Shift Differential + $2/ hour
Location: Willard, OH
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts | Rotating Shift (7AM-3PM; 3PM-11PM; 11PM-7 AM) | daily & weekend overtime in a 3-shift operation as needed

We're looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team! This is your role if you enjoy solving electrical challenges, keeping operations running smoothly, and working in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems (motors, generators, transformers, and controls)
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues to keep operations efficient
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Work with other teams to coordinate repairs and installations
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
  • Keep records of maintenance and repairs
What You Need:
  • At least 2 years of industrial electrical experience in manufacturing
  • Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLC's (examples: EG, Allen Bradley, Siemens) and attention to detail
  • Experience with handheld tablets or scanners
  • Valid electrical certification (as required)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
