360X Staffing is hiring for Industrial experienced electricians working on a Lab energy faciltity extending their utilities. Must be willing to work 50-60 hours a week for next 3+ months. Per diem is daily $110.
Installation of 1200Amp Circuits 480V, Installation of 600Amp Circuits 208/277V, Installation of Branch circuitry 480 and 277V Ratings in EMT Conduit. Installation of Lighting, Installation of EMT from 3⁄4” – 4”, Installation of racking and supports for raceways.
Will be extending the Utilities of this facility to accommodate the new QA Lab energy requirement needs. We will Run a new 1200Amp Circuit from existing panels to a new location, set a new 1200Amp Panel location and distribute power from there to other branch panels provided by Tesla. From the new branch panels, we will distribute power into the QA lab to facilitate around 150 receptacles, 200 Lights, and 60 circuits. We will provide commissioning and testing before energizing.
• Take direction from foreman, provide information for coordination of work schedules, and suggest ideas to achieve work goals.
• Plan layout; install and repair wiring and electrical apparatus.
• Inspect wiring and fixtures for conformance to specifications or local and national electrical codes.
• Adhere to strict production schedules and work hour requirements.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders on assigned projects.
• Analyze and resolve work problems or assist co-workers in solving work problems.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures using testing devices.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment.
• Inspect material for quality before and after installation.
• Ensure proper transfer of equipment and material.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools and shop machinery in conjunction with proper training.
• Operate company vehicles, forklift, and aerial lift in conjunction with proper certification.
• Mentor and provide guidance to apprentices and helpers to improve their skills.
• Perform daily tasks in a safe and workmanlike manner in accordance with company policies.
• Follow all client, company, and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
• Ensure all employees follow proper safety procedures and policies, including Pre-Task Plans, Toolbox Talks, and jobsite specific requirements.
• Inform Project Manager, Safety Managers, and Superintendents/Supervisors of all safety violations immediately.
• Work from ladders, scaffolds and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring equipment and fixtures.
