Bechtel is delivering three LNG Projects in the US Gulf Coast- Corpus Christi Liquefaction (CCL), Port Arthur LNG and Rio Grande LNG.
CCL is a 1,000+ acre facility with three operational liquefaction units, or trains, with a total capacity of 15 million tonnes per annum.
In June 2022, Cheniere announced the CCL Stage 3 expansion, which includes Bechtel’s EPC execution of seven midscale trains, powered by Chart Technology with motor driven refrigeration compressors.

We are seeking a candidate who will be responsible for identifying safe practices and conditions, as well as those at risk, and providing immediate corrective actions when necessary. This role will involve evaluating the adequacy of existing job methods and procedures. You will instruct journeymen in specific craft tasks, including safety procedures and techniques, and be knowledgeable of various craft disciplines to facilitate work coordination and prevent jurisdictional conflicts. You must be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, understanding job specifications, implementing Bechtel job procedures and work rules, and inspecting finished work for quality and completeness. The ideal candidate will need to understand the project scope, integrate priorities, and ensure work is completed on schedule. The ability to identify potential problems promptly and take quick remedial action when work does not meet drawings, specifications, code requirements, or quality standards is essential. Familiarity with project cost control procedures and a commitment to staying within established cost goals and unit rate standards are required. Furthermore, the candidate will ensure accurate reporting on time sheets, backcharges, quantity, and work status. Typically, this role requires six years of industrial construction experience, including two years in supervisory positions.
