Site Foreman – Industrial/Commercial Construction

Location: Nationwide (Travel Required)
Pay: $40–$60 per hour + Guaranteed Overtime
Per Diem: $150 per day (for travel assignments)

Job Summary

Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Site Foreman to oversee and manage industrial and commercial construction projects across various locations. This role requires extensive travel, ensuring job sites are operating efficiently, safely, and according to schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, hands-on construction experience, and a deep understanding of project execution in industrial or commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision & Leadership: Direct and coordinate all on-site construction activities, managing crews to ensure productivity, safety, and quality.
• Project Execution: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, material deliveries, subcontractor coordination, and equipment usage.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets project specifications, industry standards, and client expectations.
• Communication: Serve as the primary on-site contact for project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues related to job site challenges, labor, and material availability.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily reports on progress, workforce, safety incidents, and materials used.
• Travel & Mobility: Willingness to travel to various job sites with company-provided per diem and accommodations.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Proven experience as a Site Foreman, Superintendent, or Lead Crew Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of concrete, steel erection, mechanical systems, and industrial facilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specs.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and job site logistics.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage crews effectively.
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel as needed.
• Electrician Exp a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing plants, refineries, power plants, or large-scale commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, or other construction management software.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• OSHA 30
