Pipe Welder (Stick & Tig)

Trillium Construction is seeking Pipe Welders for a project in Newell, WV

Project is working on pre-work and maintenance. Will be welding Carbon, stainless and some structural. Most of the work will be pipe between 1 up to 24  inches (stick on 4- inches and up and TIG on 3 inches and down), and schedule 40 and 80. March 1st – March 30th will be pre work. On March 31^st through the next 60 days begin the
shutdown on site and the schedule will be12s for 13 days on and 1 day off for the next 60 days.

Must pass weld the two weld test: 
6G on Stick rod & TIG 6010/7018.  It will be on 2-inch pipe, schedule 160, on both Carbon. 1^st test is a 6010 root with 7018 hot pass, fill & cap, the 2^nd test is TIG all the way out.  This will be a bend test.

Pay: $38
Per Diem : $125 / day for 7 days as long as the full schedule is worked.
Schedule: Mon - Sat, 60h / week

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of pipe welding experience
- Can pass a DISA drug screen and background requirements
