Job Title: Site Supervisor (Concrete/Foundation)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our concrete and foundation projects. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will be working closely with our team of construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of concrete and foundation projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Manage and supervise a team of construction professionals, including laborers, equipment operators, and subcontractors
- Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are progressing as planned
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of a project
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including daily logs, progress reports, and other documentation as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete and foundation construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
