Job Title: Commercial Journeyman Electrician

Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $35-$42 (Hourly rate based on per diem and work hours, if known)
- Per Diem: $125 per day to cover daily expenses

Project Description: This is a long-term commercial project lasting 5 years, requiring skilled and licensed commercial journeyman electricians. The position demands a commitment of 56 hours per week, with responsibilities that include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in a commercial setting. Candidates must have an active journeyman electrical license to qualify. The job offers a per diem to assist with living expenses, as well as a referral bonus program for bringing in qualified electricians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial settings
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to local codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other trades and project teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Provide leadership and guidance to apprentices and junior electricians
- Report to project management on progress, challenges, and safety matters
Requirements:
- Active Journeyman Electrician License (required)
- Experience in commercial electrical work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex electrical issues
