Now Hiring Ironworkers - Build Local with LPR Construction in Fort Collins

LPR Construction is launching a major renovation and expansion project at CSU's Clark Building in Northern Colorado. This is a great opportunity to work on a high-profile local project, earn competitive pay, and grow your career with a respected construction leader.

Position Details:
  • Location: Fort Collins, CO
  • Start Date: Mid-February
  • Schedule: 40-50 hours per week
  • Pay: $30-34/hour
  • Per Diem: $550/week (if traveling)
  • Benefits: Medical insurance, paid vacation, 6 paid holidays (after 1 year), and an 80-hour payout on your 2nd anniversary

Under Supervision, the Journeyman Ironworker is responsible for completing tasks related to structural iron and steel erection and completing the tasks in a timely, quality manner.

Required Skills

  • Bolt-up structural members and follow blueprints like a pro
  • Perform detail work, including installing angles, bent plates, and welding (3G & 4G)
  • Rig structural-steel members and guide them into position
Required Experience

  • 4+ years of structural iron experience
  • Strong blueprint reading skills and attention to detail
  • Safety-first mindset with proper PPE and harness use
