Description With over 110 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Black Top Paving, a Journey Group division, is growing and seeking a motivated Grading Laborer to join our team to assist with general clean up on job sites, as well as assist the team where needed. Be a part of a team that prioritizes safety, respect, and doing the right things, always.

The starting pay range for this position is $21 per hour.

This position would begin April 2025.

Qualified candidates will have:
  • 6 months construction experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and use of all safety devices and general safe work practices.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Must be 18 years or older!
