Journeyman Industrial Electrician

The Journeyman Electrician will install, repair, and maintain a variety of electrical systems, including electrical panels, lighting, motor controls, and conveyor systems in Industrial Water/Wastewater and Oil & Gas. In addition, this position will be familiar with installing power supply wiring and troubleshooting types of electrical components in Industrial settings.

What you will be Doing:
Respond to service calls quickly and within the expected timeframe
Discuss the customer's request for repairs or installation and provide estimates for cost and timeline
Follow specifications on blueprints or technical drawings for installations
Perform routine maintenance on various systems as requested
Conduct all repairs and installations according to code
Notify client immediately if the plan needs to be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances
Your Skills and Qualifications:
Current Texas Journeyman Electrician License
Experience with high line construction and troubleshooting would be an asset.
Valid Driver's license
5+ years' experience as an electrician; extensive experience in Industrial Settings such as, Water/Wastewater and Oil & Gas.
Experience with leading construction projects
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, diagrams, and follow specifications
Ability to work independently
Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, diagrams, and follow specifications
Bend and Install Rigid conduit
Understanding of Instrumentation devices
Motor terminations
Ability to work independently
Customer service skills
