Pipefitter(s) - Immediate Needs; Naval Ship Construction

C.A. Jones is now hiring pipefitters for long term, national defense work underway at Ingalls Shipbuilding in Pascagoula, MS. Since 1938, the workforce at Ingalls has helped our nation by constructing nearly 70 percent of our Navy’s fleet of ships.

Per Diem is available for qualified non-local personnel. Applicants must be able to pass a background investigation and hair follicle drug screen prior to job start. Applicants should have a minimum of (3) years of work experience as a pipefitter in a commercial industrial, or marine industrial environment.

PIPEFITTER - responsible for fitting pipe (steel, galvanized, copper, copper-nickel, and stainless) along with appropriate valves and fittings, utilizing various tools and equipment in accordance with drawings / blue prints. $29.61 per hour.  ** 2nd shift employees receive a $1 per hour shift differential for a total of $30.61 per hour.
