Position: Millwright Foreman

Hourly Rate: $37 - $46 per hour *PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE*

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Millwright Foreman to lead and manage industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of typical millwright duties such as installing conveyor systems, fabrication, and welding, along with proven experience in a foreman role within industrial construction settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage millwright teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Install conveyor systems, fabricate and assemble components, and oversee welding operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with project managers to align schedules and project requirements.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Perform quality checks and address any issues promptly to maintain high standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a foreman in industrial construction.
• Strong expertise in millwright tasks, including conveyor installation, fabrication, and welding.
• Ability to perform Fabrication and welding is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and project stakeholders.
