Description Heavy Equipment Operator - Waste Connections

📍 Location: Fountain, Colorado
💰 Pay: $23 - $26/hr (DOE) | 50-55 hours per week | Overtime paid after 40 hours
🎯 Bonus: Eligible for safety bonuses

Responsibilities:

• ? Operate heavy equipment, including:

Compactor - Spread and compact trash
Dozer - Spread daily cover
Excavator - Excavate soil
Grader - Maintain haul roads
Haul Trucks - Transport soil
• ? Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• ? Follow safe operating practices at all times
• ? Utilize strong interpersonal skills for excellent customer service

Requirements:

? Valid driver's license
? Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
? 2+ years of experience preferred

Working Conditions & Physical Effort:

?? Requires strenuous physical activity (lifting/pushing/pulling objects over 60 lbs.)
?? Work outdoors in various weather conditions (wet, humid, exposure to fumes/vibrations)
?? Noise levels are usually moderate
