Pay is based on experience- Range $30.00/hr to $35.00/hr.

Equipment Operator 

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery safely and efficiently at our job sites. Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as mini excavators, forklifts, Lull’s, etc.
• Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition.
• Follow site plans, blueprints, and instructions from supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist with general labor tasks when equipment operation is not required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an equipment operator or similar role.
• Valid operator certification/license (if applicable).
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
