Rigger helper/Spotter

We are seeking a Rigger Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist riggers in setting up, dismantling, and moving heavy equipment and machinery. This position requires heavy lifting and working in a physically demanding environment. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, reliable, and eager to work in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in rigging and lifting operations under the supervision of experienced riggers.
• Secure and prepare loads for transport.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform general labor tasks, including heavy lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Adhere to safety protocols and workplace guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) consistently.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
• Experience in rigging, construction, or similar roles is a plus.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
