Structural Welder

PCM Industrial Services, an industrial maintenance contractor, is looking for Structural Welders for immediate work assigments in Charlotte County Virginia.  The work consists of the removal and replacement of the customer's carbon steel bag house doors and associated equipment.

Individuals must have personal tools of the trade and hard-soled, leather upper, composite toe safety shoes. Must be able to pass drug test.

Necessary personal skills include

• SMAW "stick welding"
• Oxy-fuel torch operation
• Arc gouging
• Fitup & proper surface preperation of carbon steel structural components 
• Ability to follow detailed instructions & work as a team member.
• A committment to safe work practices & principles as your number one proriority.

 Currenlty we are working 40-50hrs per week (4/10s , 5/10's) with several weekends as needed on this porject and we anticipate several close out/ pop up projects at this location before the shutdown ends.
