Motor Grader Operator

Talent Corporation is now hiring a Motor Grader Operator for a solar project in Yuma, AZ. This position is with a reputable client and the job start is going to be ASAP. Please apply if you are interested and have the following qualifications. 10 hour days Monday to Saturday

Job Scope:

• Maneuvering the machine to spread and level materials according to project specifications, including adjusting blade angles and positions to achieve desired grades. 
• Accurately reading and understanding grade stakes to ensure the proper elevation and contour of the surface being graded. 
• Completing initial leveling of the ground (rough grading) and then precisely finishing the surface to meet exact tolerances (fine grading)
• Shaping and finishing road shoulders and slopes using the grader blade

Requirements:

• MUST have OSHA-10
• Min two years Finish Grade experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have Personal Protective Equipment(PPE)
