The Industrial Electrician/Technician is responsible for the following:

  • Install and maintain PLC components, VFDs, motors, transformers, and other electrical equipment per specifications and code.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems in crushers, conveyors, pumps, blowers, and related equipment.
  • Connect wiring, cables, power sources, and install panels, junction boxes, and control systems.
  • Calibrate, adjust, and modify circuitry and components using testing equipment (oscilloscopes, voltmeters, etc.).
  • Diagnose electrical issues, recommending or implementing repairs or solutions.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and safety documents.
  • Apply electronic principles and engineering math for equipment design and modifications.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas and manage necessary parts inventory.
  • Assist with electrical maintenance planning and provide technical support for quality, production, and change management.
  • Participate in project work and contribute to achieving operational goals.
  • Complete required training (e.g., PLC, VFD, vendor classes) to maintain technical expertise.
  • Provide guidance or training to others as needed.

Schedule -

Schedule: Four 10 hour days (6:00am - 4:30pm)
Shift cycle:
• Every 3 weeks you will be on call Wednesday to Wednesday
• Shift Pattern:
o Week 1: Monday through Thursday
o Week 2: Tuesday through Friday
o Week 3: Wednesday through Saturday

Management retains the right to amend and modify this form any time as working conditions, economic conditions, or safety practices are changed. Any such changes will be in the discretion of management to require the employee to perform additional tasks as either a primary or secondary job function or to require additional knowledge, skills, and abilities.
