CNC Machinist

Tradesmen International is currently hiring experienced CNC Machinists for projects located in and around Green Bay, WI.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $35/hour based on experience plus $100/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site.  If you are a CNC Machinist and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Confirm Vise is True to Machine and Review Small Basic Weldment
• Review Set up Sheet and Problem Solve any Concerns
• Run Right Angle Head Program
• Run all Vertical Machines
• Set up Basic and Advanced Operations of Machine Centers
• Use Appropriate Machining Tools; Go/No Go Gauges, Calipers, Inside Micrometers
• Set up, Operate, and Tend to Preventative Maintenance for CNC Equipment
• Identify Non-Conformances during Inspection of Component Parts and Properly Document such Non-Conformances

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 Years of Machining Experience; 3+ Years of HAAS Control is Preferred, 3+ Years of Fanuc Bridge Mill Controls is Preferred
• Able to Understand Basic Programming and Basic Vacuum Tool Training
• Able to Interpret and Work from Complex Drawings and Blueprints
