Bechtel is delivering three LNG Projects in the US Gulf Coast- Corpus Christi Liquefaction (CCL), Port Arthur LNG and Rio Grande LNG. CCL is a 1,000+ acre facility with three operational liquefaction units, or trains, with a total capacity of 15 million tonnes per annum.
In June 2022, Cheniere announced the CCL Stage 3 expansion, which includes Bechtel’s EPC execution of seven midscale trains, powered by Chart Technology with motor driven refrigeration compressors.

We are seeking a candidate who will be responsible for mixing grout using a hoe or concrete mixing machine, ensuring the mix specifics such as temperature and grout/water quantity are correct, and completing grout preparation as specified. You will flag concrete trucks and verify truck tickets to ensure the correct mix is being used. The role includes removing rough or defective spots from concrete using a grinder, hammer, or chisel, and wetting and rubbing concrete with an abrasive stone to achieve the appropriate finish.
You will screed, float, and trowel poured concrete floors, walls, and sidewalks to specified textures using hand or power tools, and you must be able to identify grade. Operating power trowels and concrete saws during paving operations will be part of your duties. You will direct concrete to the forms, spread it to a specified depth and workable consistency, and mold expansion joints and edges using jointers, straight edges, and edging tools, including performing a broom finish.
The ideal candidate must be able to run a vibrator for up to 8 hours and know how to do tie-ins from one lift to the next. Assisting in lifting, positioning, and securing materials and workpieces during installation will also be required. You will clean tools and equipment, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and safely traverse uneven terrain with or without tools and building materials. Your role involves performing a variety of tasks that require the safe and dexterous use of hand tools, as well as safely operating power tools and equipment.
You must be able to stand or walk on rebar mats (narrow surfaces), climb ladders or stairs, and work at heights. Adhering to all safety procedures is crucial. This position typically requires a minimum of 48 months of industrial construction experience.
