We are seeking an:
Electrician who is responsible for leading our installation team on Commercial Photovoltaic (PV) construction sites. The Electrician is primarily responsible for supervising and coordinating all the workings at a job site including that of a crew of electricians, apprentices, and laborers. They will establish and adjust work timelines to meet the construction schedule for the project, and organize and coordinate all project materials and equipment. The Electrician will also ensure that all work installed is completed in accordance with the standards set forth by GreenSpark, and in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards

This person will:
Plan and carry out electrical construction tasks in a team environment, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel
Interpret construction plans and specifications;
Delegate individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors
Conduct quality control inspections on project sites;
Able to appropriately diagnose malfunctions in systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of breakdown and take appropriate steps to correct the problem.
Organize and coordinate all of the project materials and equipment.
Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials
Lead by example-sets, monitors, and enforces the standards of safety, and exemplary quality of work set forth by GreenSpark Solar.
Analyze and quickly resolve any work problems and may arise and ensures that all deficiencies on any given project are corrected in a timely manner
These are our education & qualification requirements:
High School Diploma, Equivalent, or Vocational training in a closely related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a commercial construction setting as the lead electrician
OSHA 30 certification
Ability to travel up 100% of the time during active construction, with flexible hours inclusive of weekends and holidays
Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Has a clear understanding of the latest edition of the NEC.
Preferred Skills
PV Installation experience
Mechanically inclined
Journeyman or Master Electrician
Motor Skills
Ability to consistently lift from ground to various heights up to 50 pounds
Ability to sit or stand for long periods
Ability to distinguish between back up alarms, voices and other normal sounds consistent with construction job sites.

Salary Range:
Level I - $33-$39/Hr
Level II - $80,000- $90,000
Level III - $90,000- $110,000+
Weekly Pay
Three weeks (120 hours) of vacation time and 12 days (96 hours) of sick leave for the first year of employment, then flexible paid time off (PTO) after the first year
