Overview
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. In this role you will be working very closely with the Controls Engineers. This position involves working on the main conveyor lines to build electrical panels, work with ABB robotics, as well as handling up to 480-volt systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an industrial setting, possess a strong understanding of electrical systems, the ability to read blueprints, and possess experience with Allen Bradley PLCs.
Duties - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial environments - Read and interpret blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment - Inspect electrical components - Troubleshoot electrical issues using hand tools and testing equipment - Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve system performance - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Experience - Previous experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role with knowledge of industrial electrical systems - Proficiency in using power tools for installation and repairs - Familiarity with voltage systems up to 480v - MUST HAVE ABB Robotic experience - MUST HAVE Allen Bradley PLC experience
