Mechanical Superintendent

We are currently hiring a Night Shift Mechanical Superintendent for a large construction site located in Austin, Texas. This is a long term position, not temporary. We are projected to hire mid January of 2025. Pay is up to $60/hour; per diem is available if you're not local to the jobsite location.

This position requires experience within the Mechanical Field including, but not limited to these disciplines:

• Civil
• Architectural
• Mechanical/pipe

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years as a Superintendent
• Strong computer software skills such as Excel & other Microsoft Office products
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be flexible in scheduling; have the ability to work any shift and weekends as needed

Jobscope includes but not limited to the following:

• Perform Site Progress Reports
• Maintain clean/organized jobsite
• Interact with 3rd party personnel regarding inspections (City, State,County)
• Develop Standards for future projects/phases
• Maintain frequent communication with jobsite personnel & PM's
• Develop schedules/execution plans
• Coordinate/supervise onsite construction activities
