In this industry, it is essential that tradespeople be provided with the necessary skills and training to prevent injury to themselves or others and create a safe working environment for all those around. At Elite Force Staffing, we take pride in having the lowest EMR score in the skilled labor staffing industry. We have partnered with a leading Risk/Safety Management company to help us and our clients reduce job site injuries. Furthermore, we offer site-specific safety training to all of our clients and employees when needed. We understand the value of safety in the workplace, which is why our account managers have knowledge in both construction and safety, and are required to be OSHA 30 certified.

Efficiency

While remaining true to our value of quality, we work hard to ensure our practices are the most efficient for our clients. We understand that projects come up at the last minute, deadlines have to be met, and extra skilled labor is needed at the drop of a hat.
