Tradeco Construction is a medium-sized construction staffing company that specializes in skilled trades, primarily the MEP trades. We do commercial/industrial work and obtain work through partnerships with other trade contractors that need our help to complete their projects. While we are very similar to a temp service, we do not hire temps. We’re only interested in hiring employees that want to work with us full time.
