About Fritz Staffing Group, LLC

Fritz Staffing Group was started in 2020 by an industrial contractor that wanted to improve the industry. We specialize in staffing jobs with very experienced craftsman like Electricians, Millwrights, Plumbers, Welders, Pipefitters, Plumbers, and Carpenters to name a few. We also specialize in staffing office workers like Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Engineers, as well as Safety Officers, Project Estimators, and Project Managers, Warehouse personnel, and anything in between.

Our Staff

Our employees and office staff share the same goal. That goal is to exceed expectations on every job site every day. We have had employees that went to a job in Baytown, Texas, that at the beginning did not know each other at all. Now, they travel as a crew and are inseparable. They work together as a team and realize that as a team, they exceed expectations every day and are constantly improving our company and customer relations.

Our company culture consists of the following:
1)           Successful Collaboration – the field workers and office staff work together with shared values and goals. As we work together, we both perform better every day and work harmoniously.
2)           Positive Feedback – we are constantly asking for feedback from our customers on our workers and company, and how we can continuously improve. We take into heavy consideration the field workers feedback as well because they can see what is going on.
3)           Productivity – Each of our employees are a valued member of our team. We try to create a diverse, inclusive workplace at every job so that each of our employees’ contributions are recognized.
4)           Autonomy – we believe in each of our employee’s independence and ability to work on their own. We want our employees to take pride in their work, and we will do whatever we can to make sure they feel empowered to succeed.

Our Safety program involves making sure each job site is safe, as well as each worker feels comfortable and at peace working with us each day.
